AirPro install two ductless air conditioning and heating systems for us in our home. They were on time, did what they said they were going to do, left NO mess and with excellent pricing. We couldn't be happier

Ryan was very quick to respond to my inquiry about AC repair and explained the process and reasoning to replace a 35 year old furnace and AC. The technicians arrived on time and went over what they were going to do. Took about 6 hours to run new lines , replace the AC and furnace. Everything was cleaned up after they were gone and no damage done to my house.

Air Pro sales rep was friendly, informative, a pleasure to work with. Provided right option for my situation. Pricing was very competitive. Air Pro technicians were also friendly, professional, completed job quickly and successfully, we're also very helpful with any questions I had. Would highly recommend.

This is our second time we have gone with Air Pro and we are glad we did. We had a new Furnace/AC installed. We had our AC unit moved from back to side of our house and the guys did an amazing job with the placement of the new unit and dressing it up. I could not have made it look as nice as those guys did. The crew was polite and very knowledgeable.

Exceptional service! We were building our new house and AirPro came on board in the middle of our project. They took over the process and we can't thank them enough for a wonderful job they did. If it wasn't for them, I don't know if we would finish building our house on time. They were punctual, efficient, trustworthy and gave us recommendations on how we can save money in the long run with the system.

What a excellent service! On a weekend, with snow approaching we had a power surge cause an element in our furnace cause the blower to stop blowing. AirPro arrived quickly, solving the issue in one visit. They texted the expected time of arrival and called to confirm when they were within 15 minutes of arrival. Prices were fair and reasonable. The technician, while seeming young, was knowledgeable, professional, and polite. I will gladly recommend and use AirPro in the future!

Our tech, Igor, responded to an after hours call within minutes. He diagnosed the issue and arranged for a return trip with the replacement part the next day as promised. It was a pleasure working with AirPro for our home humidifier system installation. Igor was informative and explained the process and our options very clearly so we could make an informed decision. The installation was clean and timely with good communication throughout the process. It's been one day of having it installed and our home feels GREAT. We have used AirPro Heating and Cooling twice. From our previous experience with Ryan and his staff, we knew that it was pointless to even consider another option.

Ryan is exceptionally informative, incredibly fair and honest, and will not lead you to make an unnecessary upgrade or purchase. He provides options and does not hassle. Both times (in 2 different households) we have upgraded our outdated systems to high efficiency.

Air Pro Heating & Cooling Technicians were punctual, respectful, hard working, and replaced both heating and ac systems (both times) in just 1 afternoon. They showed up, reiterated the plan, did the work, politely knocked if they had a question and always confirming before coming upstairs, and cleaned up after themselves. My husband and I couldn't be happier!

After trying to root out the source of a persistent mold issue in the house (5years- 3 companies) Igor nailed it within minutes. Nasty cleaning job and installation of a dehumidifier followed. The team that was in our home was absolutely amazing. They kept things clean as they went couldn't even tell they had been here. They didn't make the wife nervous to be alone at the house while they were here. Always very friendly, professional, and was even patient with our kids. They told us everything we needed to know about the new install and even that come spring they would come out and test the a/c to make sure it was 100%. They definitely exceeded expectations and will be my go to recommendation.

The crew at AirPro did an install and ductwork of a new unit on a home addition. They were extremely professional, polite, and clean. This was a difficult job, and a tight situation. First off the crew was nothing but professional. CJ, Ryan, Vitalie (Sorry man if I butchered it) were great. Extremely knowledgeable about what they were installing. We contacted them for a complete new install of a Rheem 17 Seer unit. They went above and beyond to get us taken care of. Upon arrival we realized the alley way to the back was too small for the unit to fit through.

Being the guys they are, they took down a fence panel, pulled out the old, in with the new, and reset the fence. Something they really didn't have to do. All three guys were personable, easy to talk to and willing to educate us on our new system. CJ helped us make the proper decisions for thermostat placement and where the new supply runs should be located.

These guys did amazing work and it shows with how much pride they have in what they do. Since we have owned our house, this is the most comfortable we have been. We couldn't be happier with our choice to use AirPro.
