Our AC was leaking and there were some other leaks coming from this same issue. I called up a BUNCH of companies and Rich's team with Angela were fantastic. Angela worked on the weekend to discuss w me and was VERY knowledgeable about the process and asked some great questions which showed how much experience she has in the business. Then Rich was super nice and despite us having an access problem, they did not give me any hassle about it and was kind enough to come back when we fixed the lock issue and they could gain access to the unit while the tenant was traveling. They just fixed it today and it's in great working condition hopefully will be for quite some time and I'm grateful for their help!
