I can't say enough good things about Peters. They are always faster than I expect to fit us in when we have an issue. This summer our 20 year old unit bit the dust. Jeff went over a few options with us and walked us through the rebates available. Matt and Colby did an excellent job on the install, cleaning up the line set mess the previous contractor left and leaving the site cleaner than they found it. Would highly recommend! The new unit is so quiet you barely hear it running when we're sitting on the patio.

I recommend Peters to friends and family! We have used several HVAC companies in the past on our old system. Peters was by far the easiest to work. We scheduled a service tech to come out and confirm that we needed a new AC system. The service tech was able to confirm our old R22 freon system was beyond repair as we were expecting. He was able to take photos/measurements of the existing system on his initial visit. Steve in the sales department got me a quote in the next couple of days, we pulled the trigger and scheduled an install date. Curtis showed up on time as, was very informative, and was in and out in two days. The dogs did not even know they were there.

I had trouble with my gas fireplace today. It wouldn't turn off. I called Peter's and was able to talk to Gabe right then. He decided it was best if he came by to look at it instead of trying to trouble shoot on the phone. He had it figured out within 5 min, then he educated me on some of the features on the unit. I asked him to send me a bill and he said there was no charge. That is awesome customer service. We are probably due for new HVAC in the next year and we will be calling them.

I had a 25 yr. old Carrier AC in my house, and I called for bids to replace it and the furnace. The people at Peters were good. Their price was reasonable and better than most of the other bids. The Carrier website is a little hard to understand, so I had to ask my salesman to give me one bid, and then I wanted him to bid on a different model. The comparison was the only troublesome part; the installation was very good.

The new system was a bit noisy at first, but when I called they sent someone right out, and made a few changes that solved all my issues. I definitely recommend them to others.

We recently completed an outdoor patio project which included a fireplace from Peters Heating and Air. We met with Gabe Peters to discuss the project and he was extremely helpful in giving us options for the fireplace design and construction. Throughout the project, the installers were professional and on time to coordinate with our general contractor. The fireplace works and looks amazing. I would recommend Peters Heating and Air to anyone needing an indoor or outdoor fireplace.

This is a two-part review. The 1st part if our experiences with the duct clean out. I would never do the clean-out again with Peters. First, there will be a thin layer of dust over EVERYTHING in your house once complete. We had to have this done while we were working and not home. I came home and was surprised to see the garage door left open, lights on throughout the house, several duct covers left off, and a thin layer of dust on EVERYTHING! Worst decision was deciding to do the cleanout.

They offered discounting the service, which I replied that was not my intention for making them aware of my frustrations, and that they could do what that thought was best. Received the bill and still was charged full price, just saying. The 2nd part is our experience in a full air and furnace replacement, which took place the day after the clean out.

They did GREAT! They were extremely professional and knew what they were doing. They placed rugs down to keep the dirt at a minimum and respected our house. I would HIGHLY recommend Peters for replacement or any AIR and HEAT work.

The best price in the area. Customer service is top-notch. With their shoe booties and drop cloths, they always clean up after themselves. Lance and his team found our issue and were guaranteed it would be fixed and running the same day. They did exactly that! So glad the heat pump is running as it should be. Thanks

Peters Heating and AC replaced our 26 year old ground source system with a new Water Furnace system. We were very pleased with the service and professionalism.

We have been very pleased with the service from Peters Heating & Air Conditioning. We are especially pleased with the professional skills and in-depth knowledge we have benefited from with Jason Gardner. Earlier this year we switched our heating and air service provider because we lost respect and trust in the manner in which they responded to our phone calls.

We were not happy with the need for return trips from their service reps for what seemed to be a single problem that was missed with the initial visit. We have not had this bad experience with Jason and hold an absolute confidence in him and the Peters Heating & Air Conditioning company.

Peters Heating and Air Conditioning put a new system in my house. What a great job they did. I was totally impressed. They answered all my questions. Hard working guys with great attention to detail. I love my new system.

My furnace motor died on me right before a big snow storm and forecasted single digit temperatures. I called right when the snow was starting and they had a guy show up at my door within 30 minutes. He was very professional the entire time and was an older guy who obviously seemed to know what he was doing. I ended up having to replace the motor. He had to drive somewhere to get the replacement but drove back and had the whole thing installed and running within 4.5 hours of the time when I had originally called in the request.

Price was reasonable (~$400 for my motor + labor) and they do not expect payment at time of service. They will send you a bill in the mail, and you can call to make payment arrangements. They take credit cards. I also called them a few years ago because my furnace was blowing cold air. A guy came out quickly then and replaced a copper coil for about $90 including service visit/labor. Very professional, quick and seem to know what they're doing.
