Shutz replaced my r22 system with new Trane ac system they did a professional job of installing and explaining what they were doing. Very happy with Trane unit and they're attention to detail. They took pride in their work. I will highly recommend them.

Schutz Heating and Cooling did a fantastic job of replacing our old furnace with a new one. The service technician, Brandon, and his crew were very helpful and professional. We are very pleased with their service and would recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service.

This company is great. Everybody from this company is knowledgeable and professional. I do not know all the crew names, but they are all excellent. Tom and Matt are awesome. They made sure the job is done properly before leaving the job. Matt even came back on Saturday to fix the water leaking from the humidifier connection. Big thanks from the satisfied home owner.

These folks are great! I bought a house last June turned on the AC and it didn't work LOL. These folks came out on a Saturday got it fixed went through the rest of my HVAC system wrote me up a quote. Winter came in the furnace didn't work LOL. So they came back put a new furnace in in the fall. And now they just finished here putting a new AC unit in for the spring. Super nice people!

We were terrified of the minisplit system after seeing in person and on the internet so many awful results. Schutz, both Rebecca in sales and Tom, the foreman of our crew, promised over and over again that they weren't like other companies, that they would never do such a thing to anyone's home. They didn't lie!! This crew went above and beyond to hide lines in the walls, in the attic, through the basement, wherever they could to make this system as invisible as possible both inside and outside.

The results are 100X better than we ever could have imagined. 7 heads went into this house with 2 compressors and.... we're stunned. You can't hear the system at all, you can barely see it. They were courteous, knowledgeable, technically trained, careful, polite... when you spend 5 solid days with a bunch of strangers in your home you're supposed to feel MORE THAN READY for them to GO!

That's not what we felt at all! We felt a little sad, Completely Grateful, and hope that anyone reading this understands how hard we are to please and how surprised we are to be far more than pleased!

Furnace was making unusual noises. Schutz was able to get us scheduled quickly. Kadin was professional and helpful. He explained my options (cleaning vs service call) along with the costs. Went with cleaning and furnace is running great. He even found a replacement filter that fit our humidifier (which is not a standard brand). Thanks!

Although I couldn't get in next day (it wasn't emergent) I was offered an appt two weeks out. Blake was early, communicated extremely clearly and let me know what was coming down the pike. DEFINITELY WILL USE AGAIN Service: HVAC system maintenance

Updated: Editing my review just to note my latest experience. For normal service & check-ups I've had no problem. Most recently though, when my home's humidifier wasn't working the first technician said it needed a part replaced. Then when a second technician came out he said he couldn't fix it & I probably needed to get a brand new one. I ended up going with a different company & they were able to clean the humidifier & get it working.

Old review: Had nothing but a pleasant experience with Schutz! They serviced the heating & cooling unit in my condo, called when they were on their way, were very respectful & went above & beyond with cleaning. Will definitely use them again.

Lena and the whole crew helped us out with a No Heat call, finding out we needed a new furnace they provided us with heaters to keep the house warm until the parts could come in. Their were prompt, professional and they make sure you are satisfied with the final product before they leave. They care about their customers and that shows from Lena, Chris the salesman, Scott the service man and Matt and his crew of installers! Excellent company and we would recommend them very highly! I had a/c and a new water heater installed. They were nothing but professional from beginning to end. They were happy to answer all my questions. From the estimate to the final handshake, this company was excellent. They installed a new furnace, a new AC unit, and a new water heater. Code required a liner sleeve to be fitted into the chimney for water heater exhaust and the crew made it happen with minimum fuss. Thomas, the crew leader, was very skilled at working with sheet metal to configure a beautiful transition from my older ductwork to the new furnace.

The rest of the crew was a well-oiled team, from demolishing the older systems to setting up the new equipment. All the debris and packaging was tidied up as they progressed so the work sites inside and out were well maintained. The outside AC Unit was very thoughtfully positioned, the final appearance of the AC unit and its pad were carefully groomed. Schutz Heating and Cooling is the best!

This company is the best there is. They are always fast, efficient and friendly. Also very sympathetic to your needs for heating and cooling. We've called on them in the dead of winter when our heat was out and they helped us with temporary heating until the needed parts came in which was as quickly as next day. This time it was the AC that needed a part and it was here the next day. We had Anthony take care of us this time. Thank you Anthony and everyone else at Schutz heating and cooling.

Everyone at Schutz is extremely competent and NICE! I lived with a totally inefficient heating system for 15 years. When Tony took a look at the existing furnace and ductwork; he knew immediately that one section of my house would never get warm. He designed a system that distributes the heat evenly. I'm very pleased with the new system and with the installation. The crew did excellent work and were very considerate. Extremely satisfied with the results.

My overall experience was fantastic. Matt Miller did a fantastic job on the front end of explaining all of my equipment options and setting up the selected project for install. Matt provided excellent service after securing the job by providing temporary cooling units to get us by as we awaited for our install to take place. On the date of install Matt was on-site along with his install technicians to ensure everything went smoothly.

The two person install team was friendly, on time and very clear in communicating everything that would take place during the install. The job was done very professionally, leaving no detail behind. At the end of the job Matt and the install team walked me through all of the details of the completed work and answered all of the questions I had. Lastly, the technicians left nothing behind and Did a great job of cleaning up. I highly recommend the Schutz Heating and Cooling team for you HVAC needs. The serviceman was punctual, through, very kind and explained things in detail... the consummate professional! You guys have the greatest people in the world working for you - the office staff couldn't have been nicer or more sympathetic to my situation. Fabulous company - wouldn't dream of ever using anyone else!

The service men arrived right on time. They explained everting, very polite, smiled and even joked with us When the next crew arrived they were just as good. What a team the 4 men were; professional with a smile. When we had a question the lead man would stop with a smile and answer us. Their workman ship was perfect. The job was completed in one. day.

The site was cleaned up. I have to admit that after the unit was installed it looked better than when they started. After installing all day the lead man took his time explaining how are unit worked and what we had to do to maintain it. . We are so happy. We would recommend Schultz & Co and especially this great group of men. Thanx guys.
