Tim mas very professional and transparent about our problem and overall repair process. He was very honest and didn't try to push any unnecessary replacements. We're very happy with the service and we plan to use Fuse for maintenance moving forward. Best experience with AC repair we ever had.

I worked with 3 different HVAC companies to figure out the best approach to add AC to my relatively complex and old house. All three had good ratings on websites, but Fuse clearly stood out once I engaged with them. They invested time in figuring out what to do despite I had no commitment to them and gave me multiple options. Another company charged me $600 time-and-material to investigate and they performed very poorly.

The projects was $20-$30k and Fuse came out reasonable among three. I didn't really appreciate Fuse's strength until they started to execute on the project. Their crew led by Artur were very professional, expert, no nonsense type of people that were extremely courteous. They didn't take the easy path and.made sure the work was done the way I hoped for.

The sales agent, Stan, was supporting all the way and very responsive after project was done unlike some agents that disappear once they hook the client. I liked working with Fuse so much that convinced a family relative who was about to hire another company to work with Fuse. Interestingly, the quote is 15% lower and much more transparent than what the other company was offering them. I'm sure my relatives will be as happy as I am with the outcome.

I had my dishwasher clogged , water running from the bottom and it was just a complete mess in my kitchen. I called fuse HVAC and spoke with Russ over the phone he mentioned to me he was fully booked but would try to fit me in his schedule, he did ! Today morning he came out to my dishwasher and fixed it also fully inspected it. Very honest guy ( which is hard to find now days), nice and professional. Explained everything in detail. Got a clear quote for an A/C replacement and some ductwork. Was responsive to all the queries. Techs came on time, completed the job, walked me through it and cleaned up after themselves. Quote was reasonable for where I live. The person who interacted with me during the quoting process seemed knowledgeable. The service techs were polite and answered all of my queries clearly. I would certainly recommend them for any HVAC related work.

Ross was our Tech who came out "On Time" and diagnosed and repaired our front load Samsung washer. He was professional, neat, used COVID precautions and gave us sound advice on how to keep our washer "healthy". Fair pricing. Will use this company again if needed!

My washer broke down on a Saturday and San Diego pro appliance came out within the hour. The nice young man fixed it quickly and my washer works just fine. Excellent service and quality work. If I need them for any appliance repair in the future I will call them for sure.
