Awesome job, great level of service, from Ryan in sales, and the installation team. Entire replacement process was completed in less than 72 hrs from the time our contract was signed.

USHAC did an excellent job through all phases of my air conditioner replacement. Ryan Ellis quoted the job on Monday afternoon, and by the end of the day Wednesday my new unit was installed and cooling beautifully. The install team was courteous and efficient. They had to go through quite a process to remove a bulky, ancient unit from my attic and exterior, along with reworking some plumbing supply.

There were no issues at all, and every last bit of scrap and debris was cleaned up before they left.
Ryan did a great job explaining all of the options to me and recommending the best unit for my house and budget. He was here during the install to check on progress and called me when the job was finished to make sure that I was satisfied, which I really appreciated.

I have used USHAC for plumbing, electrical, and now HVAC, and I have been totally pleased with every transaction. Everyone I've dealt with has been so friendly and professional, and really good at what they do. I feel that they respect my time and my budget, which is not always common these days. I would not hesitate to have them work on any future project in my home.

Erik, he was the technician that came out and a very pleasant guy. He knew exactly what he was looking for and once the problem was located, he knew exactly what needed to be done. He did his job very well. Cleaned up the area very good. I would recommend him any day to anyone. Excellent!!!

Great place to get new unit but not so great with finishing the touch ups. Still waiting for side of house to be fixed where electric went into the house. Opening was cut too big and never fixed.

My experience has been great. From the moment I contacted them in need of a new AC unit they have provided a great and outstanding service. Joel and his partner were very punctual, hard workers, communicative, and in all reality they did a great job. I would recommend Joel as a technician to anyone. Thanks to them my New AC is up and running extremely grateful.

They where great, on time very professional. My apt complex hired them to fix a gas leak. Both of the techs, Zach and Damion should very professional attitude.plus where careful with my service dog.

I would have liked it better if the technician had called to give me a heads-up about when he would arrive at my house (arrived a few minutes after the 2-hour window of time I was given). I didn't have any problem other than that. He completed the maintenance check and said he didn't find any issues.

Damien and Arthur did a very good job replacing my water pipes. The job was a little pricey but they give you a great warranty and I guess you get what you pay for. All in all it's a good company to do business with.

I was very happy and pleased with the services of Stephan, Damien, and Arthur. They were all very informative and professional from the start of the quote to the end of the installation of my hot water heater. I would definitely do services with them again and recommend to anyone.

This was my first experience with United States Heating and Air. Colis was the Electrician that was sent over to complete electrical work at my house. Colis was professional, knowledgeable, polite, responsive, clean, and patient. I had a ton of questions and he took the time to answer all of them. As he completed each task he was sure to clean up the area. Because of this experience United States Heating and Air has gained a life long customer. Thank you for doing such a great job!
