Saved me 120$ for a simple blown fuse at my furnace. Told him my problem over the phone and he diagnosed what was wrong for free seeing as it was simple fuse that can can easily be replaced for 2$. Will definitely call again for any HVAC issues I might have in the future.

I was really happy with Charles! I called about a strange smell in my house that I only noticed when the air conditioner was running and he came out the next morning. He identified the problem and fixed it right away. I was expecting to pay an arm and a leg, but he was very reasonable. I would call him again if I have any more problems and have recommended him to several friends!

CK the owner came out one evening with very little notice to repair my furnace. He was professional and did an amazing job. He was able to find parts that others said they couldn't find and the other guys were trying to upsell a new unit. CK never once made me feel less than or acted as though asking questions was a bother. We recommend him to ALL of our friends and family!

Best customer service I've had in the Springfield area! CK came out to look at the A/C unit that was not working properly on a Friday. He explained all of our options very well, from just fixing the issues to replacing the unit because it could quit working for good anytime, and gave options on the different units to buy: best communication. He ordered the unit and on Monday he came and installed the unit by himself. He finished the work in a matter of hours. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone and everyone!

What a great company! He sold us and installed our central air unit for a great price three years ago. We had him run power from the house to the garage then install interior and exterior outlets. Furnace went out the other day he drove down on a Sunday and fixed our furnace same day I called.
