They called promptly and were at my house addressing the issues two hours later. The technician did a good job of explaining his concerns and advising what needed to be done. He repaired the problem, and I am very pleased with his work.

It was 4p when my ac went out. Within a matter of a few minutes I received a phone call from them. In 2.5 hours my ac had a new digital thermostat & the clogged drain was clean! Chris was wonderful. I highly recommend this company.

These guys are wonderful!! He came in educated me abou my a/c. Found some things the home inspector should have found when I bought my house and fixed them at no charge!!!Wow! Great guy. He recharged the freon which I paid for of course. He is so friendly and knowledgeable he is my a/c guy for life. My air conditioning outside is even running quieter. I've recommended him to my neighbors.

Losing your heat in the Winter is never fun. David came and trouble shot our problem and found a faulty part. Tried to fix that part rather than replacing, which would have saved us on the repair cost, when that did not work, he ordered the part and replaced it with the new one. My wife and I were quite happy with the experience with David and his company. We will use him again in the future.

The Texas summer is hard but living through a Texas summer with no A/C is harder! Our older unit went out and we were advised by a large local firm that our entire system needed to be replaced and we were looking at a $10K bill. Not in a position currently to handle that, a call to another local company, Naylor Services, found and much different story and outcome.

A couple hundred dollars in replacement parts, less than an hour of service time, our system was back up and running. We were also advised by Naylor Services that our older unit was fine and some routine maintenance would see our older system last for many more years. Austin Air Management is my go to for any A/C repair. David and his crew just installed two new A/C units for my home and I couldn't be happier with the installation. David and his crew were respectful of my home and polite. David quoted me a great price - the best quote that I received compared to other A/C companies. David even worked with me on pricing of my second A/C unit because I could only get financed for a certain amount.

David is honest, responsive, and one of the most knowledgeable/competent contractors I've ever worked with. He is a consummate professional and a straight shooter.
