Steve did a great service on my wall heater. He taught me how to use it more efficiently. He was right on time and did the work well. The price is fair and reasonable. Besides all that, he's a great guy. Hassler is the only place I'll ever use again for heater issues. I can't recommend them more highly.

We used Hassler for a large HVAC project at our home -- they installed a new, zoned heat pump system in one part of our house, a mini-split in another, plus a heat-pump water heater and all-new ductwork. They were great to deal with from start to finish -- discussed all my options during the quoting stage, started and finished the project on time, and were friendly, helpful and responsive throughout.

We've since had to so some fine-tuning, and they continue to be highly responsive (even after the last check was written). They also managed to get rebates way beyond what I expected for these electrification projects. Would highly recommend.

My furnace stopped in the coldest week of the year. The first place I called said they could be by in about five days. Hassler said they could be there the next day. Steve from Hassler got my furnace working again in less than an hour and it didn't take any new parts. He also pointed out problems with the filter box (from the 80s?) and suggested an economical repair.

He also replaced the batteries in my thermostat which was starting to be intermittent. Steve took the time to explain why he was doing various tests and some maintenance items I could take care of myself. I'm very satisfied with the service and plan to have them do further work soon.

The air handler and ducts were damaged badly by flood water and need to be replaced. Jason and his workers were very responsive. Jason was here when original system was installed a few months ago along with a different team. After contact Hassler about the issue, inspection/ evaluation was performed in a couple of days, then the quote came the very next day, Remove/ replacement job started quickly. And we have heat! A very good company that can be trusted and rely on.

Hassler has installed furnaces, heat pumps and HVAC systems for me at two homes and two commercial buildings. They have always been extremely professional. They go out of their way to help design and select the right equipment for your space. The installers are always top notch. And, most importantly, if anything goes wrong, they are always very responsive, and get things running quickly. I've been a happy customer for years.
