When we moved to Port ST Lucie, we had no idea who to call for AC Service, True Temp was recommended through our Mortgage Superstar, we were so pleased with True Temp that we decided to go ahead with a new system instead of just maintaining what we had. True Temp gave us an awesome price, superb service and all on time and with a smile. Last night we had a need for service, All Temp did not hesitate one bit and was at our door within 15 minutes and had us up and running immediately, and again with a smile.

Today they emailed me with a Service Contract for maintenance and I could not believe how reasonable the rate is! True Temp includes 2 maintenance appointments per year, not one like most of the other service companies. We are so pleased with True Temp and will continue to use them for many years!

I had issues with my air conditioning and I was stressed out about having it fixed. Then I heard about True Temp from my friend Rob he had nothing but great things to say about their service. So I called them and set up an appointment for someone to come see my air unit. The gentleman showed up on time and was very knowledgeable. He got down to work and in a couple of hours had my ac blowing cold like brand new. Overall very professional and I would recommend to friends and family.

My house kept getting warmer and warmer as each day went on, even with the air conditioner running. After getting an estimate for a new coil (that was supposedly leaking) from another company, to the tune of $1300, at the recommendation of friends on Nextdoor, I called True Temp for a second opinion and explained what I had been told. They sent a tech out the same day, (I believe his name was Edwin) and he found a leak alright, but not in the coil.

It was an easy fix and they repaired it on the spot and recharged my unit. Less than $400! I would highly recommend this company if you are having issues with your air conditioner. Right from speaking with Kim in the office, to the end result, they are honest, friendly, very reasonable and know what they are doing! Don't call anyone before you call True Temp!!

The technician was easy to talk to, explained things in layman's terms and didn't try to sell anything I didn't need. I had two chafed wires so he was in and out in 20 min. Two thumbs up and I will call them again when needed.

Perfect experience with TrueTemp! Our AC broke down on our home that we had just purchased and it must have been 100 degrees that day. From the first phone call to this company, I was impressed. Kim was super friendly, professional and accommodating. In the middle of this pandemic and hurricane warning my AC needed to be replaced.
