Tom quickly identified the problem with my central AC and replaced the part at a reasonable price! I would highly recommend.

Great service. They installed my furnace and fireplace. Was very respectful of their surroundings and kept everything neat and clean.

The owner Niel came out quickly to diagnose my air conditioner problem and showed me exactly what was wrong with it. After exploring all my options I decided to have have it replaced and Niel did it quickly and at a fair price. The new unit looks amazing, Niel is a true master of his trade and conducts his business with honesty and integrity which are two words you don't hear much anymore. I couldn't recommend Hallmark enough for your heating and air conditioning needs.

Neil is a great HVAC mechanic. He has helped me in two different properties and was never not able to solve whatever the problem was. He is extremely reasonable and very professional.

In regards to the recent installation of the new furnace and air conditioning unit that Hallmark installed in our home. We wanted to say thank you. Not only are we thanking you for making our home cool and comfortable in the summer, but we know it will be warm and comfortable in the cold Upstate winters to which we are accustomed. I observed your workmanship from start to finish, and I was nothing short of completely impressed.

Both you and Tom took the time to answer my questions as well as be completely professional every step of the way. What could of been a very long, trying experience for me, turned out to be a wonderful adventure. When Sheldon arrived home and was looking things over, he also was more then satisfied. We both work with "customers" and we understand how demanding it can be.

We also know how hard it is to find people who do good work, are pleasant to work with and get the job done right. You and Tom are to be commended for covering all aspects of the job, from start to finish as well as everything in between. I promise you we will be spreading your name as far and wide as we can. Several years ago when I needed furnace cleaning and servicing and didn't know who to turn to I was a single mom at the time and I used someone out of the yellow pages that "looked" like they had a reliable history. They cleaned my furnace and then led me to believe I needed a new furnace if not right away within a year or two. He tried to sell me a $10,000 heating unit, I couldn't afford it so he cleaned it and left me with fears that it could harm my family.

The article stressed the importance of checking and cleaning your furnace. The article portrayed a gentleman from Hallmark Heating & Cooling. He had a recommendation from RG&E as a local reliable service provider.

I was scared due to my previous experience but knew I needed to have my furnace cleaned and looked at. I called them and requested their service. I was very impressed with his prompt return of phone calls, low prices, and HONEST, Reliable, quality of service. He told me my furnace was fine and it still had a few good years left on it. I'm happy to announce that last spring we called Neil and he installed a brand-new 92.5% efficient furnace and central air conditioning in my home for $4,800.

Not because we were scared, but because over the past several years I's come to trust Neil and wouldn't have wanted anyone else. I called after reading the reviews. The reviews were accurate and true. Neil returned my call promptly and I scheduled an appointment to service my non working furnace. He arrived on time and identified the problem in 10 minutes. The furnace was up and running shortly after. He is professional and honest! I will use him again if needed!

Neil was absolutely amazing! My heat was not working and it was supposed to drop to 2° that night. Even though I am sure he was busy, he was at my house within an hour to fix it! A couple of days ago Neil, came on over and replace the central air system in my mom house. He kept open communications with my mother. Thanks for being so honest Neil. I have two experiences with Hallmark Heating and AC and i could not speak more highly of them. Two years ago my AC went out during a heat wave when I had a 1 month old infant at home. He showed up immediately and fixed our circuit board and then charged us only parts because it was an expensive part and he we had a newborn to keep comfortable! Fast forward to today, I found my basement flooding and messaged him.

He wasn't able to get out until Monday but recognized that it was a simple fix. Rather then making me wait, he talked me through fixing the drain hose at no cost and got us running today! Honestly the best service around with out a single doubt in my mind! Compassion and Integrity Air conditioning should be their name!

Hallmark, specifically Neil, is absolutely the best team in the area. They are super responsive. It was 97 degrees and our air went out and Neil came immediately, fixed our unit and provided an education to us on using our system effectively! We will NEVER use anyone else but Neil and the Hallmark team.

I highly recommend Hallmark they do excellent work. I called around and had a different company give me a price to fix my furnace, which was very close to cost of new. My son told me to call Neil at Hallmark, as he has had nothing but the best service from them at very reasonable prices. I did just that and I will never use anyone else. Neil was very prompt, he came out and found a broken wire on my circuit board.

He was able to resolder it and saved me the cost of a new board. Thanks for being so honest Neil. You saved me a lot of money and being retired living on a fixed income, just makes my life a lot less stressful.
