I was beyond impressed with promptness and efficiency of the repair work on our AC unit. Technician Binh Tran was very knowledgeable, patient and professional as he explained the issues that needed repair. He also gave options for ensuring value and longevity to our system. This was one of the best repair experiences I've had in a while! I will be using their services for all future AC needs.

Last year we called to have an hvac unit installed, the gentleman that came out to discuss what we needed was very professional and knowledgeable about all Hobaica systems and even maintenance programs, he actually talked us into an installation as well as an annual maintenance program. The men that came out to install it were efficient and very professional as well.

I don't recall all their names but they did a great job! I recently called back to discuss renewing our annual plan and spoke with Jasmine. What a wonderful asset you have with her. Not only was Jasmine able to help with that but was able to schedule a maintenance visit for the unit that was installed and discussed the importance of having our water heater flushed, which she scheduled for us as well.

I asked if she could email the information and dates of the appointments as i didn't have pen and paper handy. She followed up with a very detailed email with all the information and dates that we had discussed. Kudos to her for remembering every detail. Definitely have had positive experiences with every employee that we have worked with it spoken to. Highly recommend this company!

Hobaica replaced our AC unit and we had a great experience. Getting a quote was super easy and Simon was very informative when going over everything with us. He gave us some time to consider our options and was on top of it when we called back giving him the go ahead. Installation day was smooth sailing. Hobaica had everything covered and timed out perfectly, including coordinating the crane that was needed to get the new unit on our roof.

All of the technicians on site were friendly and efficient. After a few weeks, they sent out a technician to do a quality inspection. He was able to tighten up a loose piece and was extremely friendly too. I'd recommend Hobaica and will definitely continue to use them moving forward

Excellent service and value. It was easy to schedule an appointment online and our technician, Ian was prompt and professional and answered all of my questions. He did a thorough check on my A/C units and made sure I understood the rationale before he changed one of the parts on my 8 year old unit. Also, he was neat and tidy and I appreciate his cleaning up after he completed the job.

It's never fun to have to get an entirely brand new air conditioning unit. It's expensive and trying to price shop and find the right service people to handle the job is a pain! HOWEVER, the team at Hobaica made the entire experience so easy! It started with our sales person Jarred, who educated us on the right type of unit for our home and got us the best price compared to other companies. Then.when the installers showed up, they were on time, completely professional, efficient and CLEAN!

This was not an easy job and they were impeccable in the way they left everything. It was extremely difficult to access the unit in our attic, but they did it perfectly. These 4 men, Jason, Ivan, Zach and Justin handled the job beautifully! This team was GREAT! I highly recommend Hobaica! They did such a wonderful job and now we have a cool house once again! We were referred to Hobaica by my Mother who has been a happy, loyal customer for many years. We requested an A/C maintenance and inspection on our older unit. Ian and Donovan did a great job. They inspected the unit and then explained what they found and gave us all the information we needed. They were professional and knowledgeable yet friendly. Would definitely recommend d Hobaica.

Excellent service. Fast response and worked within our time restraints. Steve was fantastic. Very professional and personable. He showed up exactly when he said he would and completed the work on time. The truck was clean and organized. Steve used shoe coverings to avoid getting dirt on the floor. I contacted Hobaica for help provide hot water more rapidly to bathrooms and kitchen. Their website has a nice video to explain a "flash hot water" system. From the first call to the office everyone was professional and welcoming. Tom was sent to our home to evaluate and estimate the situation. Both he and electrician Amer did the actual installation.

All work was done on time, as promised and no mess. Amer did additional evaluation of our electrical system and the voltage of the bathroom appliances such as a hair dryer & portable heater. He carefully explained how these appliances were causing overloaded circuits. I am very happy with the services provided!

I've used Hobaica to replace and repair my air conditioner and was extremely satisfied so I called to see if they can do a small plumbing job. No problem. The tech, John Miranda, let me know when he was on his way. When he arrived, he was extremely pleasant. He was efficient, courteous, professional and friendly. He took care of my problem and even went the extra mile with his extra clean-up from whoever was lazy enough to paint over pipe threading. Highest recommendation for sure!

Ryan as always did a great job addressing a few issues that required attention. I have used Ryan exclusively for many years and yesterday he addressed issues at my Mother-in-Law's home in the morning and ours in the afternoon. I am confident that he has our best interests in mind and his knowledge and experience is exceptional. Ryan and Hobaica make a great team!

Hobaica Office Staff is top notch! From great Customer Service Rep Jasmine who is friendly as can be. She makes you feel like your part of the family to an awesome most patient Office Account Manager Cindy. and how can I forget Ethan who takes pride of his job. Just truly amazing. Way to go Hobaica for hiring such terrific people.

The technician was prompt, knowledgeable, and very thorough. He left a written report online with details of each thing he checked. He also took a photo of an odd plumbing arrangement on our roof, which we have no way of seeing, in case there is any problem with it later. ( This was not part of his job at all!) We are quite pleased.

Ryan again was professional and knowledgeable on the sump pump replacement he did. He helped answer other plumbing questions. He was early for his appointment and finished in a reasonable timeframe. I would recommend Ryan again for any plumbing work needed.

A few years ago I installed 2 high-efficiency HVAC systems in my home with super efficient Merv 16 filters. I purchased the high end filters because I have allergies. What I did not realize though is that they would be kind of expensive to replace and hard to get locally. I found the specific filters that I need for my systems on her Hobaica's website.

Even though I am in North Carolina they shipped them to me. I ordered them on Monday and they arrived on Wednesday. The order and tracking information was great. It was just like buying from Amazon. I was able to use a coupon code and even sign up for additional savings by signing up for auto shipping. I will now receive these two filters every six months. One less thing to worry about. I just wish they would drive 2.,000 miles to install them in my attic and crawlspace. I really lika Hobaica!

We are fairly new to Hobaica and so far they have gone above and beyond with customer service and knowledge. They listen to us with our concerns as to what is going on. Ian serviced our units today and spent a fair amount of time trying to locate a leak in our ductwork in the attic and then made the repairs. We are so happy to have found such an awesome company!

Ryan Waters was the service person to repair a sump pump issue. Ryan was knowledgeable about this issue and made the repair. He was friendly, timely and informative. I would recommend Ryan for plumbing repairs.

Hobaica is Phoenix's most accountable plumbing heating AC companies. They are always professional, clean and fully capable of all projects. Today's install was a new water softener to replace our old junker. Travis Vanau is one of the best professionals in plumbing I've had the pleasure of working with because he's easy-going, a straight shooter, knows his stuff, does not try to upsell me, and helps me to understand the best usage of our softener after it was installed.

He stayed with me to be sure the smart app that came with it was working and allowed us to monitor our water usage from a far. Two other reasons I believe Hobaica to be a great company: they stick to their estimates without overcharging or doing the bait and switch technique once they get to your appointment; also, they stay with the job until everything is working perfectly.

You can imagine with a 50 year old house there are always plumbing and electrical issues. Having a reliable company filled with dependable technicians, who stay with the customer until the job is complete, is the hallmark of a lasting customer relationship. I also had Hobaica install a new AC system in June and I am completely satisfied. I would recommend Travis for all your plumbing work, and recommend Hobaica for all your electrical, plumbing and AC work. They are a great company.

Many thanks to Amer Khudher who came out today for a couple of electrical issues. He called about an hour before the scheduled time frame saying he could come earlier if that worked for us. It was indeed good for us and we appreciated the call. Such a nice guy! He checked an outlet that we thought was not working and it turned out to be fine. He explained what to do should it trip again.

That took all of 3 minutes! Then he gave us a quote on a new smoke alarm which was very reasonable. Was planning to set up a time to replace the smoke alarm but discovered it wasn't 12 years old but only 8. I will positively request Amer the next time I need electrical work and would encourage anyone reading this review do the same. Sincerely Alice D

I've been looking for a good electrician to help out with a bunch of jobs around the house for a while. I figured I'd give Hobaica a shot as the reviews seem to be great on yelp/google. My electrician was Amer. He was exactly what I was looking for; professional, pleasant, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I had him change out 13 switches to smart switches within my home and will be scheduling a time for him to come back and install two more outlets and a home surge protector.

My experience with Homaica and especially Amer has been wonderful. I've finally found an electrician that I can count on and will be adding their number to my contacts for all future work.

Though I don't usually give 5 stars because no one believes a 5 star rating. Hobaica deserves 5 stars deserves it because they continue to hire great employees like Matt Sanzari. Prompt, polite and professional. He went over his findings with me in great detail and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. When this AC unit quits or gives me any trouble, Hobaica will get my call and business. We've been a customer for a couple of years and I am not shy about recommending them whenever the subject of AC units comes up.

It's so refreshing to come across an honest company when it comes to home repair. We were having electrical issues and contacted Hobaica for a free home inspection. Amer (pronounced Um-air, not Amir - although I hear he's a great tech too) arrived on time and was super thorough in his inspection. He pointed out some of the issues with the way our contractor had wired our control panel and make a few tweaks to eliminate some of the more annoying issues we were having (lights dimming, etc.).

You better believe that I will be contacting him if and when we decide to rewire the house! Thank you, Amer, for your time today and for going above and beyond our expectations.

Our air conditioner went out. We had another company come out and they told us we had to buy a whole new system. A friend recommended we call Hobaica. Travis from Hobaica came out and we showed him what the issue was. As he did recommend at some point in the near future we should look into replacing our unit, he then proceeded to show us the issue at hand.

It was a filter issue that he replaced at no cost! Travis could not have been any nicer and informative. We will never use the "other" company again and will continue to use Hobaica. I 100% trust their services.

Another 5 star rating for Hobaica company and its excellent technicians, Today one of my two units went out (on a Sunday) and I called the weekend service number and a technician, Ron J. called back within a short time and said he would be out within a half hour. Ron arrived, quickly solved the problem and was on his way. Ron had been out before on previous calls in the past few years, and he is an outstanding service man.

I wish I could give him more than a 5 star rating. My family and I have been with Hobaica since they first started in business in the 1970's. We ALL use Hobaica and wouldn't trust our A/C ( and now plumbing) to any other company. Thank you Hobaica for almost 50 years of great service. Ed Abraham

My air conditioning stopped functioning on Monday (in July) at 5:00 PM. I called around looking for a repair service to get me up and running quickly. I found Hobaica Services. On Tuesday Hobaica Services sent repair technician Binh T. to diagnose and repair the issue. Binh showed up promptly and diagnosed why my system was not running. He explained to me the options I had to repair my system.

When Binh left on Tuesday he explained that Hobaica would need to order a part to complete the repair, he explained the problem and the cost. Binh had the house cooling down before he left on Tuesday. On Wednesday Binh came with the needed part and repaired the system permanently. Our experience was great with Binh and Hobaica, my wife and I are very satisfied with the response time, communication of breakage and fix strategy, and the final result. I enthusiastically recommend Binh and Hobaica.

Hobaica Services has been around a long time and their reputation for high quality service will not disappoint you. After my A/C going out twice within a week and tripping the breaker, I thought that I was going to need a new unit. But the technician, Emir, found the issue and resolved it within 30 minutes. It was a melted wire in the attic and he replaced it.

I had previously paid Charles Roberts come out to check on the A/C just 6 weeks previous to this and they said all was fine. No more Charles Roberts for me. I will always call Hobaica from now on and ask for Emir. He was great!

My technician Amer Was Here in less than 45 minutes. I told them I just installed a new thermostat as mine went crazy. He looked at the thermostat to term and die head installed it correctly but found it had no power. He went up on my rough and put a new 3:00 a.m. fuse for the low voltage circuit in my unit and checked everything else out. As soon as he installed the new fuse the unit began to function again.

I had a coupon for free service so he charged me nothing. I have been using This company for 20 years and will continue to do so as they are very sponsor extremely knowledgeable. They Are the best service company I have ever used and Amer Was just the best Tech nation ever. I would give them 10 stars if I could in highly recommend them to everyone

Excellent customer service from the very beginning. Steven showed up on time and quickly let me know what had to be done and why. He also told me they provide other services like plumbing and electrical which I plan to pursue. Very pleased with this company and Steven.

I called Hobaica services to schedule a maintenance check on my air conditioning unit. On the day of the appointment Scott called and notified me as to his approximate time of arrival. He was very professional, kind, and after checking my ac, he gave me information regarding some repairs that would need to be done at some point (had I had time he could have done them the same day).

He was also going to send me a quote via email. I feel confident that not only was he honest, he also didn't try to pressure me into making repairs that weren't necessary at this time. I will definitely use Hobaica again! I appreciate the honesty, professionalism, and kindness showed not only by Scott, but also by the person I spoke to when I called the office.

Hobaica replaced our HVAC 4 years ago. That's when they started down the 5 star path and stayed there. They have come out a few times. That's when we met Binh. He was just here to work on the system and I figured I would provide this review. We have absolutely no reason to call anyone else but Hobaica and always ask for Binh!

Steven from Hobaica just left my personal training studio and fixed the problem. I have to say that I always struggle with trusting service companies as I've had previous companies try to sell me snake oil. This is the 2nd time I've used Hobaica, and I trust them 100%. They did amazing. Chase took care of me the first time, and since he's a manager now he sent Steven who was just as good. I'll be using them for all my home and business services from now on!

Had a service call from Gavin W today. He was able to fix my garbage disposal easily and provided very helpful tips to save money short and long term on a few plumbing services Ive been putting off. I was also glad to hear about the additional services for electric, which I wasn't aware of, and the service plans available too. All in all it was a great third visit from Hobaica and I was incredibly impressed. Their technicians are on point, well trained, consistent, know their craft and value doing what's right for the customer. I'd recommend them hands down.
